However, there are two important differences with brown rice and white rice in long term food storage.
Brown rice is much more nutritious due to higher vitamin and mineral content but it will not last as long white rice using our long term storage preparation. If kept under cool, dry conditions, our brown rice will last you 5 to 10 years meanwhile our white rice will last you 15 plus years.
